  Please, let us remind you:

1.All JCall-France members are invited to attend our next General Meeting which will take place on this Tuesday March 25th, at 8 p.m., and will be followed at 9 p.m. by a meeting with Shaul Arieli, member of the Council for Peace and Security, one of the founders of the Geneva Initiative.

At the Cercle Bernard Lazare, 10 rue Saint-Claude 75003 Paris (Subway Station: St Sébastien Froissard)

Our association enters now its fourth year of activity and, especially if you are one of its members, having paid your dues at least once since its creation, we expect you to come to our General Assembly.

The agenda is as follows:

Summing up of our three years of existence. We will present the annual and financial reports of our association.

Renewal of our board. If you wish to be a candidate, you may send us your candidacy by March 20th (by e-mail: [email protected]).

Presentation of the team in charge of our web site, followed by your comments and proposals.

Plans for 2014.

Various questions.

You can renew your membership on the day of our meeting to participate to the vote, but you can also do it now through our website.

As soon as the General Meeting will be over, we will receive Shaul ARIELI to take stock of the situation, a few weeks before the end of the nine month cut off timeframe initially scheduled to finalize the current negotiations under the authority  of US Secretary of State John Kerry.

As you know, Shaul Arieli, who has been our guest on various occasions, is a retired Tsahal colonel. He has been commander of units in the Gaza Strip. Under the Rabin and Barak governments, he has been the chief of the Israeli delegation during the Israeli/Palestinian negotiations. Member of the Council for Peace and Security, one of the founders of the Geneva Initiative, his analyses of all the questions of borders and security are most respected in Israel. He has published Border between us and you, considered as a reference book on the history of the conflict and of the Israeli/Palestinian negotiations that have been under way fot twenty years.

2. Last but not least, today more than ever, we need your financial support (do not forget to pay your dues : http//fr.jcall.eu/adhesion). We also need you to relay information on our action and our standpoints. We regularly put new articles on our web site and we urge you visit it, to follow us on facebook, and to spread these texts as widely as you can.
